Olivia Shivas
Olivia Shivas is the editor at The D*List, a space for disabled communities. In her role as editor, she leads The D*List editorial storytelling and runs its Community Reporters Programme. She previously worked as a digital producer and journalist at Stuff, where she reported on disability and social issues; she also produced the podcast What’s Wrong With You?, exploring the everyday experiences of disabled New Zealanders. As a third generation disabled person, Olivia is passionate about empowering the voices of disabled people through community and authentic storytelling.
