Wellington-based and of Kāi Tahu, Ngāti Kahungunu ki te Wairoa and Pākehā decent, Isobel has been an avid artist from childhood.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Design (Hons) from Massey University, Isobel employs a wide range of styles stemming from her technical training, varied influences and appetite for experimentation.
With more than 40 illustrated books to her name, Isobel has established herself as a best-selling, award-winning author and illustrator over the past decade.
