Beth's love of food first started developing at a young age through years of culinary experimentation by her mother. She knows the local food scene extremely well, in 2012, Beth and her sister Alice started a blog, Eat & Greet which focused on championing the people behind the plates. Interviewing local chefs, brewers, and coffee roasters. This lead to more writing and speaking gigs and became the manager of the popular Beervana festival. She is now programme manager for NZ's largest culinary festival Visa Wellington On a Plate, and continues to champion the vibrant Wellington hospitality scene by authoring The Cuba Street Project, a photo, storytelling and recipe book in one, taking a deep dive into the personalities that make up this iconic street.
