Michele A’Court is a writer, stand-up comedian and strident feminist. Co-host of “On The Rag”, a feminist video series and podcast, Michele has written two books: Stuff I Forgot To Tell My Daughter (2015) and How We Met (2018).

She won Comedian of the Decade in 2010 and, whenever Covid-19 allows, she continues to tell jokes in pubs all over New Zealand and internationally.

Michele lives in Auckland with her favourite husband, has two grandchildren, and is learning to enthusiastically embrace the twin emotions of grief and rage.
